Imagination Library

The Imagination Library is an early childhood initiative to get books in the hands of children ages 0-5 for FREE! By reading with your child you are giving them the biggest boost toward a successful education they will ever get. Once enrolled the child will receive a new, age appropriate book delivered in their name to their home once each month up until their fifth birthday as long as they are a resident of the United Way of Northeastern MN service area. Should the child move outside the United Way of Northeastern MN service area he/she automatically exits the program. This program costs the United Way of Northeastern MN $35 per year per child.

Mesabi Range College and United Way of NEMN present "Norse Course 5K for Imagination Library"! Saturday, September 19th 2009 at Mesabi Range College- parking lot in Virginia.  Registration starts at 8:30am- race starts at 9:10am. 

Run, walk or push a stroller to help support the Imagination Library in this fun event.  By supporting this you are helping the children of Northeastern MN build a strong foundation to being fully prepared for school at age 5.
