In honor of our 60th anniversary, United Way of Northeastern Minnesota is bringing Day of Action to our "headquarters" city!
On Friday June 26, 2026, 200+ volunteers will unite to complete community revitalization projects across Chisholm., including:
- Gardening
- Landscaping
- Tree/Shrub Trimming
- Mowing/Raking
- Garbage/Recycling
- Vehicle Removal
- Gutter Cleaning
- Window Washing
- Staining/Painting
- House/Deck Repairs
- Garage Maintenance
- Accessibility Modifications
Project requests were due May 1, 2025. UWNEMN is reviewing requests now and will be in contact with homeowners shortly!

In 2025 and 2024, United Way of Northeastern Minnesota Day of Action partnered with Itasca County Habitat for Humanity and Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA) for a Day of Action in Nashwauk and Keewatin, respectively.
